It is designed for residential use and storage of electricity produced by PV installations or drawn from the power grid. The iStorageE system can operate in both on-grid and off-grid modes and gives you full control over power export. It also directly affects the effective increase of auto consumption.

When working with PV modules, the device automatically stores excess solar energy during the day for use later in the day or at night. As an added convenience, it is possible to set charging and discharging times, when using the power grid, for consumers using time-of-use tariffs, so they can pre-charge batteries when the price of energy is low, and save energy when the price from the grid is high.

TheKehua iStoragE3 provides remote management and monitoring of energy consumption and exports, through the WiseSolar Plus app using a dedicated energy meter. It can work as a power backup device, providing uninterrupted protection during a grid failure, or for energy independence, work in an off-grid system with an energy generator such as a PV plant or generator.
