The iStoragE3 hybrid energy storage system is a state-of-the-art, safe and highly efficient electricity bank from Kehua. The system includes a three-phase hybrid inverter and high-voltage LiFePO4 technology battery modules ranging from 1 to 8 units depending on the desired capacity. It is designed for residential use and storage of electricity produced by home PV systems or drawn from the power grid. The iStorageE3 system can operate in both on-grid and off-grid modes and gives you full control over power export. It also directly affects the effective increase of self-consumption.

When working with PV modules, the system automatically stores excess solar energy during the day for use later in the day or at night. As an added convenience, charging and discharging times can be set, when using the grid, for consumers using time-of-use tariffs, so they can pre-charge batteries when the price of energy is low, and save energy when the price from the grid is high.

The Kehua iStoragE3 energy storage provides remote management and monitoring of energy consumption and exports, thanks to the WiseSolar Plus app using a dedicated energy meter. It can work as a power backup device, providing uninterrupted protection during grid outages, or for energy independence, work in an off-grid system with an energy generator such as a PV plant or generator.

In each Kehua B5S2 battery there is a special module with a fire suppressant FK5112 (NC1230).In the event of a rapid increase in the temperature of the battery module above 120áµ’C, it interrupts fire processes in the affected area and, due to its cooling properties, reduces the amount of heat generated. Thus, it reduces the risk of fire hazard development. The agent does not contain substances hazardous to human health and the environment.
